Below are the steps and terms for sellers.
Steps:
1. Call, Email or stop in and make appointment to meet with Sandra Walling-Owner Operator of Artisan Locale Gift Gallery.
2. What to bring to your appointment:
You will need samples of your work.
Your work will either be accepted or denied
based on quality, craftsmanship, creativity, marketability and materials. All work must be hand-made by the applicant.
Fees:
The cost (fee) to sell your work at the Artisan Locale Gift Gallery is $50.00 per month.
Terms
The current contract runs from the day you sign on-July 31st 2012.
You will receive 100% back in sales of your inventory minus credit card fees.
What you get for the fee of $50.00 per month.
+ Opportunity to sell your goods in a retail atmosphere.
+ Freedom to not be tied down while your goods are available for purchase
+ Advertising of your goods through retail presence, website presence, Facebook presence, open house events and outside media advertising
+ Ability to do custom orders for customers without an obligation to share a cut in your profits
+ Less time lugging your goods to Art Fairs which allows more time for you to make more goods :)
Again--You are allowed and encouraged to advertise your business through the gallery and can also take custom orders without a penalty.
